These all natural therapeutic ointments by Théra Wise are a must have for the medicine cabinet. We especially liked the Vaporizing Decongestant Rub (hellooo New Year colds) and the Skin Healing Ointment. The Skin Healing Ointment also works great for diaper rash. Both can be used on the entire family though are advised to only use the Vaporizing Decongestant Rub on children 2 years and older. Here’s a quick little recipe for natural baby bum balm to help prevent and sooth diaper rash.
Ingredients:
1oz shea butter
1/2 oz. sweet almond oil
1/2 oz. rice bran oil
Instructions:
Melt shea butter and add remaining oils. When slightly cool, whip with mixer or hand blender until smooth and well-incorporated. Choose unscented or add a small amount of lavender oil (1-2 drops) for scent and antibacterial properties.
